My second time living with Oakwood. I thoroughly enjoyed the community here. The staff is prompt and attentive. I love that all appliances are higher-end and quiet. Safe and quiet! I feel this community offers more than others in this price range. Thanks!

We lived here for a little over a year, and it was pleasant overall. The club house is very good and has many amenities to offer. Lots of sunlight in the unit. Chase office is walkable and you get Olentangy Meadows School. What more to ask for?

Great community. I came in a couple weeks ago to get some information about the space and the property manager was a tremendous help. I would recommend The View to anyone looking for amazing apartments in the Polaris area.

I would like to consider myself one of the “early settlers” of the phase 2 of this apartment community. It’s a very well maintained community, thanks to the management. There is regular landscaping and cleaning activities, during winters snow gets cleared out pretty promptly. Work orders and maintenance requests are responded to promptly. Overall, a great place to stay!
